  • Wear a swimming costume under your clothes
  • You must wear shoes – reef sandals, sneakers or anything with an ankle strap is also suitable.
  • Bring a towel as well as a spare change of clothes
  • Leave all of your jewellery at your accommodation

And how does your day look?
  • 6:00 am – 8:30 am – Pickup from Cairns or Northern Beaches accommodation, and travel south to Tully via Feluga.
  • 8:30 am – 9:00 am – Quick stop at the iconic Feluga Hotel. You can purchase a quick bite to eat or a hot coffee! (own cost)
  • 9:00 am – 9:45 am – Travel to Tully River and get fitted with Safety Gear
  • 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – After a quick Safety Brief, it’s time to hit the River and Raft the Mighty Tully River
  • 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm – Arrive at the mid-point and enjoy a riverside picnic.
  • 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Raft the lower section of the Tully River
  • 2:30 pm – 2:45 pm – Arrive at take-out point. Pack up the raft and change into dry clothes
  • 2:45 pm – 4:00 pm – Travel back to Feluga Hotel for a drink or a snack (own expense).
  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Travel back to your Cairns or Northern Beaches Accommodation.
  • Snacks and Drinks at Feluga Hotel before and after your Tour

When you meet your River Guides, they will check your ability to speak and understand English. With this in mind, if there are concerns about your ability to understand instructions and communicate with our River Guides, you will not be able to participate in the tour. In this case, a refund will not be provided.
