World Famous Boat Cruise
First, take a boat cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon! Next, see crocodiles and other wildlife in this superb tropical wetland. Then learn about conservation on our Crocodile Farm tour.
Then visit the Gondwana Gateway and learn about the evolution of Australian wildlife.
Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures restaurant overlooks Hartley’s Lagoon. Enjoy the coffee, lunch or ice cream. Then wander through the Paperbark Gift Shop to purchase some crocodile gifts.
Wildlife Discovery Trail
These are both entertaining and educational wildlife presentations. Starting with crocodiles, snakes and cassowaries.
After, visit Aussie Favourites such as koalas, kangaroos and wombats.
Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is a fantastic educational attraction.
Then discover various wildlife, including birds, reptiles and other native fauna.

Freshie Feed
After the 11:00 am Crocodile Feeding, get the chance to pole feed your own Croc! Available only from October to April.
The Admission Fee to Hartleys Crocodile Farm includes a Boat Cruise through Hartleys Lagoon. On arrival at the park, you will be advised of your allocated cruise time.
All Photos and Feeds are booked and paid for directly at the Park Admission counter.

The minimum age for participants:
Big Croc Feed, minimum age 16 years.
Reptastic 5 minimum age of 10 years. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Reptastic 5 experience)
Zootastic 5 and Feathertastic: 10 years. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Zootastic 5 experience)
Mammal Magic: 6 years. (Must be accompanied by a paying adult who is also doing the Mammal Magic experience)
The maximum number of participants:
Big Croc Feed: 4 persons
Reptastic 5, Zootastic 5, Mammal Magic and Feathertastic: 6 persons
Cost includes entry, personalised tour, boat cruise and public presentations.
Children must be at least 1.2 metres tall to hold a Koala by themselves.
No child price for Feathertastic, Reptastic 5, Zootastic 5. Only paying participants may join the Feathertastic, Zootastic 5, Reptastic 5 tour.

For All bookings during COVID-19.
If your booking is affected for any reasons during COVID, we will allow you to change your travel date.
If you are unsure when you will travel, your booking will be open dated with NO expiration date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are as follows
20% cancellation fee 30 days or more before departure
50% cancellation fee if within 30 days before departure
100% cancellation fee within 14 days before departures

Scuba Diving Insurance
All passengers are strongly advised to purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance policy that includes trip cancellation insurance and Evacuation & Medical cover for scuba diving.
Please be aware that not all Travel Insurance companies cover scuba diving and in-water activities. Please read the wording of your policy carefully.
Any evacuation, vessel relocation, or medical expenses are the diver's financial responsibility in a Medical Emergency. We strongly recommend the purchase of dive insurance.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
We reserve the right to change vessel, dive locations, and prices without notice.
Please note we must receive at least 48 hours' notice from you when choosing to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Cancellation refunds are not given within 48 hours' notice. This includes factors beyond your control, including medical problems, airline delays, bad weather, etc.
Please refer to the Trade Practices Act 1974. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

You accept full risk in entering these premises you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk including any risk to minors or anybody under your control. You acknowledge that some animals in the premises are by their nature dangerous and capable of causing harm and even death to humans. Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures accepts no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury or loss of any kind howsoever caused to entrants to these premises. Notwithstanding the generality of this exclusion, you must observe the following rules:
Children must be controlled and actively supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Do not climb fences or feed animals except under the supervision of staff.
Do not throw objects at, poke or harass the animals.
Smoking is prohibited on boardwalks, outdoor eating or drinking areas and inside buildings. Please refer to the park map for Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas.
Keep to designated pathways.
Sensible walking shoes are strongly recommended.
We reserve the right to remove any person from these premises (premises includes the boats) who, in our opinion is in breach of the above rules or is otherwise unacceptable to the proper operation of the premises. Commercial photography and filming is not permitted on these premises without our prior written consent.
