The Army Duck can easily go from a land tour into a Boat Cruise.

The Army Duck

The DUKW (nicknamed Duck) is a six-wheel-drive amphibious version of World War II’s 2-ton CCKW vehicles. DUKWs are still used for tourist transport around the world.

Twelve of these vintage cars may be found in Rainforestation. Each has a 6-wheel driving system, a propeller, and a rudder.  With seating for up to 30 passengers, it is quite comfortable! During your tour, your Duck Captain will point out flora and fauna as you pass by. Enjoy a 45-minute rainforest tour before driving into the lake. Now it has turned into a boat cruise! Along the way, you may see even more animals. After your Army Duck tour, it is time to visit the tropical fruit orchard. Here you can learn about over 60 different tropical fruit plants.

Meet Juliet, our sneaky wombat, and other natural wildlife. Ricky, the cheeky Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo, may also be found. You may also find a variety of pythons and lizards at the Reptile House. By all means, don’t forget to pay a visit to the Koalas!

Crocodile Feeding, Dingo Enrichment, and Macropod Feeding are just a few of the Wildlife Presentations available during the day. Remember that your Wildlife Park Admission includes unlimited re-entry on the day of your visit, so come back as often as you like.

Rainforestation Nature Park preserves and celebrates Indigenous Australian culture. Here you can learn about the Dreamtime as well as old customs.

Guests learning traditional tribal dances with the Pamagirri Experience
